CODING Collective: Diversity and inclusion in Dutch medicine
The Collective for Diversity and Inclusion in Dutch Medicine (CODING) is a network of (future) healthcare professionals who are committed to a sensitive and inclusive healthcare system, with the aim of creating an open culture that recognizes, acknowledges and anticipates implicit and explicit bias. . CODING works towards bringing individuals and organizations together with the common goal of making Dutch medicine more inclusive.
The CODING Knowledge Database is there to collect valuable insights about (un)equal opportunities, prejudices, and racism in medicine and to make them clearly available on our website.
In this way they bundle the knowledge needed to create a sensitive and inclusive healthcare system. This database contains a rich collection of documents, carefully organized into different categories. The starting point for anyone who wants to delve into diversity and inclusion in medicine.
The collection will be further expanded in the future.
