Connecting Communication

Nonviolent Communication (VC), Connective Communication (VC) or Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a way of communicating developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Connecting Communication is not just a communication model, but rather an attitude to life, supported by clear frameworks and concrete tools, where the intention to connect with yourself and with others forms the starting point.

Applying the ideas in daily life and at work promotes a respectful dialogue so that you can work and live together in a pleasant, connected way. And who wouldn't want that?

During this inspiring, online introduction or refresher, we interactively present the basic principles of Connecting Communication. We briefly zoom in on the aspects of our communication that can contribute to mutual connection and we also consider a number of elements in our language that can have the opposite effect and cause distance or resistance.

We provide concrete examples of where communication sometimes gets stuck and how Connecting Communication can contribute to creating, restoring or deepening connection.

We always make the link with practice and tailor the examples discussed in the session to the context.
