To reduce the digital divide, Whizzkids organizes free ICT competitions integrated within the final objectives. The pedagogical and didactic use of ICT and media education within the various learning areas is always central here.
Whizzkids' strategy is aimed at improving digital skills and promoting equal access to technology. By having the teacher work together with the students and learn from each other, Whizzkids brings ICT directly into the classroom, ICT integration becomes an automated working method and all children are given opportunities to learn, improve and improve ICT skills. to excel.

By participating in Whizzkids, students and teachers learn from and
with each other. You can use everything you learn through this in
your classroom practice. The teacher is professionalized in his
digital skills.

The competitions take place online.
- class competition (not Olympiad);
- 3 sets of questions of 15 differentiated questions (green - orange - red);
- 4 to 5 weeks time;
- online semi-finals;

In the 2022-2023 school year, more than 2,600 classes from 900 different primary schools in Flanders and Brussels participated in Whizzkids.
