Better with conflict. Restorative work at school.

Wherever people live together, small and larger conflicts occur. School is no exception. This in itself does not have to be a problem. However, there is something wrong with the way we approach conflicts. We react frantically, sweep them under the rug or get defensive. Restorative work shows an alternative that benefits both student and teacher.

Better with conflicts teaches you how to use conflicts as a growth opportunity for yourself and others. How to teach young people and adults to take responsibility for the damage suffered by the victims who are left with questions. This allows you to develop healthy relationships that contribute to a safe school climate that better facilitates learning and working together.
