Why a table is (not) an animal: Processing the picture book

This activity is an adaptation of the picture book Why a table is not an animal by Mister Zee. With the story from this colorful picture book you stimulate the imagination of your students and challenge them to philosophize about the theme of being different.

During this activity you first read from the book. After this, you will have a philosophical discussion in class.

Finally, there are a few processing assignments in groups for which you should supervise the object versus animal game yourself. This game is based on the card game Similo .
