GoodFood@School: Sustainable catering action sheet


What children and young people eat at school affects their health, well-being, learning performance and the planet. Would you like to see the food supply at your school (even) healthier and more sustainable? This action sheet shows you how you can make a world of difference in the short term with concrete adjustments!

For example, go for seasonal fruit and vegetables in the salad bar or at ten o'clock, call a halt to food waste, choose fair products (e.g. fair trade coffee in the teacher's room) and give the students a push in the right direction by using the healthiest and most sustainable cleverly place options.
