Movement expression
A workshop that is also suitable for teachers during team
building or further training.
In this workshop we will work with all the big (and small)
emotions. We investigate how we can use our entire body and voice
to express those emotions. We try out and create simple storylines
through improvisation in which all those emotions come together. In
this workshop we work on courage, use of voice, full use of your
body and space and teamwork.
With expression everything is allowed and possible and there are no longer any boundaries.
