Project in the Spotlight is an evaluation toolbox with twelve methods to evaluate a completed project as a team and to learn from it what worked well and what can be adjusted in a possible future project (both services and products).

Because projects are only really completed when your team has taken the time to evaluate them. With this set of methodologies you can discover in a playful way how your group experienced a project.

The structure of Project in the Spotlight is based on Marcus Lemonis' 3P model. In concrete terms, this is about the people who participated, the product that was developed and the process that was followed. For each of those Ps, this toolbox provides four methods that are completed in a logical order.
