A healthy and energy-efficient indoor climate: MOS action sheet

In rooms that are well insulated (good insulation is airtight) or where many people live (such as in classrooms), ventilation and ventilation is very important. Sufficient fresh air must be supplied to ensure a healthy indoor climate and to avoid condensation. Poor air quality is often a cause of concentration problems, headaches, itchy eyes and the spread of germs.

Too much ventilation, however, leads to unnecessary heat loss and energy wastage.

With this action sheet you and your students investigate how you can ventilate or ventilate the classroom without unnecessary energy wastage.
