Lunch boxes have become completely commonplace in schools. But not every lunch box is filled with a decent lunch. Many lunch boxes contain snacks and fast food. A healthy sandwich with vegetables is often hard to find.
The students examine the contents of their lunch boxes. They answer, among others, the following questions:
- Can you choose what is in your packed lunch?
- Who prepares your lunch box?
- What do the E numbers on the packaging mean?
- What does a healthy lunch look like?
