Royal Museums of Arts of Belgium: Free guided tours

Thanks to the donation from a generous patron, member of the Friends of the Museums (www.becomeafriend.be), the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium can offer 100 free guided tours. You can opt for a tour or an intro exhibition at the Imagine exhibition or for a tour of the Old Masters Museum.

These tours are intended for Belgian school groups. This offer includes both the entrance fee and the price of the guide. To give every school a fair chance, each institute is entitled to a maximum of two free guided tours (30 students).

Priority is given to groups who experience a distance to the museum for social, geographical or economic reasons, to vulnerable people or people with disabilities and classes that have not taken advantage of free tours in recent years.

To have a chance to win a free tour with which your students can discover the museums, it is recommended that you register as soon as possible. In concrete terms, these free tours can be booked for the period until July 5, 2024.

How to register?

Send an email quickly with the title 'Free tour + the activity of your choice' to reservatie@fine-arts-museum.be with the following information:

• Name, address and telephone number of the school
• Name, (mobile) telephone number and email of the group leader
• Number of students and their age (note, a maximum of 30 students per school can register for free, additional students and therefore guides are charged)
• Number of supervisors
• Three proposals for dates between 26/02/2024 and 05/07/2024, to choose from Wednesday or Friday mornings and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. The exact time of the visit depends on our availability.
